Functioning
LAMINAR AIR FLOW CABINETS are designed for creation of abacterial dust free air space. LAMINAR AIR FLOW CABINETS are used for work with low-risk substances and materials, when protection of working material from environment is required or work with item requires a sterile working zone. Cabinets are used for equipment of local workplaces in medical, pharmaceutical and other institutes with high requirements for air cleanliness in the working zone.

     

     

Distinctive features

  • HEPA filters are made by a German firm whose quality management system is certified ISO 9001:2000;they were tested under EN 1882-1 Eurostandard and provide air purification with efficiency of 99,9995 % for 0,3 µm particles.
  • HEPA filter is clamped with springs providing the filter tightness for the whole operation life.
  • Filter replacement is made through two special side openings.
  • The electronic control system provides automatic control of air flow velocity regardless the filter impurity; there is indication of necessity of filter replacement.
  • Electronic shield panel provides easy exploitation and disinfection
  • All electric control systems are not placed in the main working chamber
  • Window rising mechanism allows fixing window in two positions which makes the working chamber and the window easy to clean from both sides with disinfectant solutions.
  • The illumination block is taken out of the working chamber and does not initiate air flow turbulence.
  • Coloring of the cabinet is made with the powder enamel proof for disinfectant solutions.
  • Side glass provide additional view at while working

Laminar air flow cabinet provides sterile air environment in the working zone and protects an operator from toxic, volatile andsmelly substances and liquids, completely removing them from the working zone. The cabinet requires external air exhaust system
